Order Completeness Check

Before dispatch, we verify that everything that should be part of the delivery is ready. We check individual items, their quantities, and possibly also the division of the order into multiple packages or shipping units. For more complex orders, we ensure the correct assembly of individual parts so that the customer receives everything necessary for further production or assembly processes.

Ready for Safe Transport

Finished products are properly packed and prepared for handling before dispatch. We ensure their safe loading and handover to the carrier, taking into account the dimensions, weight, and nature of the specific delivery.

Part of the preparation also includes correct labelling of the shipment, which facilitates its identification and subsequent handling during transport and receipt.

Documentation and Handover

Depending on the nature of the order, we also prepare the necessary accompanying documentation and delivery materials. We ensure that the information related to the order is clear and that the entire handover process runs smoothly.
