We thoroughly assess each project first

Before the order goes into production, it undergoes a technical assessment. We check the drawing documentation, material, dimensions, production process, and required tolerances. Our goal is to identify potential pitfalls in time and find the most efficient way of production.

Technical assessment is an important part of the entire process. It allows us to verify whether the desired product can be manufactured to the required quality, what technologies will need to be used, and how the individual production operations will be linked.

Production Documentation Control

When assessing an order, we focus on all the information important for its correct processing. For example, we check:

• dimensions and geometric shapes,
• material and its specification,
• thicknesses and dimensional tolerances,
• accuracy requirements,
• methods of cutting and machining,
• welding and assembly requirements,
• required surface treatment,
• any special product requirements.

If we find ambiguities or room for optimisation in the documentation, we address them with the customer before starting production.

Choosing the Appropriate Technological Process

Based on the order requirements, we propose an appropriate manufacturing process. We assess whether laser cutting, material division, punching, bending, machining, welding, or a combination of several technologies is most suitable for the given product.

Thanks to a wide technological background, we can interconnect individual manufacturing operations and ensure their continuity. For more complex orders, we also coordinate subsequent surface treatments, assembly, packaging, and logistics.

Transparent calculation

After a technical assessment, we will prepare a price offer according to the specific requirements. In the calculation, we consider not only the material and the production itself but also other required operations, surface treatments, assembly, packaging, and possible transportation.

Our goal is to offer a solution that is technically correct, economically sensible, and meets the required delivery date.

From Inquiry to Production

Once the offer is approved, the order can move to the next phase. Thanks to thorough technical assessment, we are clear even before production begins on what we are manufacturing, from what material, in what way, and by what deadline.
