Code of Ethics
KOVOP, spol. s r.o. is a Czech manufacturing company established in 1999. The experience gained and intensive development in the field have given rise to a modern and stable company. We manufacture components for industry, mechanical engineering and construction. We supply renowned companies operating at both European and global level. The KOVOP Code of Ethics defines our core values, principles and expectations. Every employee is personally responsible for complying with this Code.

In addition to engineering and industrial components, we are expanding our production with a new manufacturing segment. Automation and digitalisation of production processes are an integral part of our strategy. We continuously invest in the latest technologies to ensure higher efficiency, quality and competitiveness of our products.

We strive to minimise industrial waste and reduce emissions through efficient production management and the use of recycled materials and renewable resources.

2.3. Responsibility towards Society and the Environment

2.4. COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE OF ETHICS

Every employee is obliged to act in accordance with this Code and actively contribute to its observance.

Any violation of ethical principles must be reported to the responsible persons in the company, directly to management or through internal reporting systems.

Employees who commit a serious breach of this Code may face disciplinary measures, including termination of employment.
